"Blooming Ward" is a series of three illustrations created to reflect my personal experiences as a woman. The works explore feelings of being judged and restricted by social expectations, and how these pressures coexist with tenderness and resilience. Using imagery of hospital wards intertwined with blooming flowers, the series portrays the uneasy balance between pain and beauty.
